Overview
Internship supporting the Governing Bodies Secretariat with tasks related to reports, research, briefings, session preparation, documentation, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with working meetings and contribute to reporting and briefings
- Support elaboration of UNESCO information meeting reports
- Conduct research and draft analytical or summary notes
- Monitor international news and inform supervisor
- Assist with design and follow-up of sessions (debriefings, documents, decisions, Summary Records)
- Participate in archiving and classification of statutory documents
- Participate in logistical, organizational, informative, functional, and conceptual preparations for sessions
- Contribute to other tasks supporting the smooth running of meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the 3rd or final year of a Bachelor’s degree; OR
- Currently enrolled in a second university degree (Master's or PhD) or equivalent; OR
- Completed Bachelor’s, Master's, or PhD degree within the last 12 months; OR
- For technical/vocational assignments: enrolled in the final year of a specialized technical/vocational institution or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and office-related software.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to an international working environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
