Overview
Internship within the Division of Internal Oversight Services (IOS) at UNESCO Headquarters. The role supports the development of strategies for safeguarding and protecting the Organization's interests and fostering continuous improvements in methods and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting audits of Headquarters, Field Offices, and IT Systems
- Gather audit evidence and analyze financial/other data
- Draft parts of audit reports and contribute to internal methodology development
- Assist with investigations, including policy development and case review
- Draft investigation documents and conduct interviews
- Support evaluation functions by collecting and analyzing data
- Assist in disseminating evaluation findings and recommendations
