• Bidders shall have minimum average annual turnover of US$ 22.42 Million.
• Bidders are required to have satisfactorily completed contracts within the last ten (10) years and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation meets US $ 25.63 Million in One (1) Contract OR cumulatively US $ 25.63 Million (not more than three (3) contracts).
