- Financial resources (bidder bidding as Joint Venture): Refer to Section 3 of the Bidding Document
- Construction experience (participation as contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor in at least one (1) contract completed within the last five (5) years): USD 58.0 million
- Formation of Embankment: 827,000 Cu.m / in any twelve (12) month period
- Subbase/Base course: 350,000 Cu.m / in any twelve (12) month period
- Asphalt Concrete Pavements: 42,200 Cu.m / in any twelve (12) month period
- Launching of Girders: 110 Number / in any twelve (12) month period (each minimum length 18 meter)
