Overview
To provide comprehensive award management and donor compliance support to countries globally, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to donor requirements, and management of risks, while fostering collaboration and learning across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Business Partnering teams with information management and compliance with awards systems and processes.
- Support the securing, contracting, managing, and closure of funding portfolio awards and sub-awards effectively.
- Support successful award and sub-award lifecycle management at country level.
- Champion the Award Management System (AMS), acting as a super user and AMS Champion.
- Produce and manage content for the Funding Bulletin.
- Support global learning exchanges and capacity building initiatives.

Required Experience
- Foundation of Experience in: Administrative or operational roles, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Coordination and support of project or programme activities.
- Experience in: Award or grant management, including budget monitoring and financial reporting.
- Working with institutional donors such as DFID, USAID, or EU.
- Proficient Experience in: Implementing award management systems and processes.
- Supporting compliance and quality assurance within an international NGO setting.
- Desirable Experience delivering training/capacity building.
- Experience providing grants system/AMS support as a champion, upskilling users or representing business needs.
Qualifications
- Essential Education: No essential education requirement
- Desirable Education: A degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in project management or grant management are a plus.
