Overview
The intern will gain hands-on experience in employment services and data entry, supporting the Workforce and Integration Department with administrative and operational tasks. The role aims to foster growth in administrative skills, data organization, and understanding of employment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work individually with clients to create, update, and review resumes, job searching, networking opportunities, and interview preparation.
- Support the Workforce team with a variety of projects and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and database quality assurance.
- Reach out to potential employers to discuss job opportunities for clients.
- Assist in maintaining communication with employers about job openings.
- Help prepare paperwork and documents needed for job applications, client profiles, and employer communication.
