Overview
This post assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Fundraising activities through external F2F agencies aimed to acquire pledge donors. The position is responsible for the development and effective implementation of Face to Face campaigns in Colombia, carrying out monitoring, supervision, coordination, and managing outsourced agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a work plan and timeline for the implementation of operations of F2F agencies.
- Follow up on the Face to Face program with specialized agencies.
- Establish a working culture in the F2F program oriented to productivity and quality.
- Develop monthly and annual projections of the program.
- Analyze and propose strategies and tests considering the main indicators of the program.
- Support and participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of F2F activities.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Face-to-Face agencies.
- Implement ongoing training for city coordinators, team leaders, and fundraisers.
- Participate in Field training and feedback.
- Ensure the quality of the program.
- Manage the correct implementation of agencies' street calendar and private venues.
- Conduct mystery shopper studies.
- Review and control invoices.
- Control of the warranty system reporting.
- Provide training, guidance, and supervision to F2F teams.
- Monitor and feedback teams.
- Work with the individual acquisition team.
- Maintain constant communication with F2F managers/coordinators in other countries and regional and/or global office F2F specialists.
Required Experience
- At least five (5) years of professional experience supervising and coordinating commercial customer acquisition campaigns, as well as supervising in-person sales or commercial operations teams.
- Experience in managing vendors and/or agencies that oversee in-person commercial teams is required.
- Experience managing commercial and quality KPIs related to the acquisition or retention of new customers is necessary.
Qualifications
- Technical or university degree related with: Marketing, Economics or Engineering. Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- For this position, a bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a relevant field may replace three years of related work experience. A master’s degree may replace additional two years.
