The Procurement Officer coordinates and implements procurement activities for IRC in Ukraine, ensuring transparency, value for money, and compliance with policies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support preparation of technical specifications.
  • Process approved PRs in Integra/ERP.
  • Manage RFQs/RFPs and convene tender committees.
  • Draft bid analysis and procurement documents.
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers.
  • Ensure audit-ready procurement files.
  • Draft and execute contracts/POs.
  • Monitor supplier compliance.
  • Track Master Agreements and flag renewals.
  • Maintain updated supplier database.
  • Carry out supplier vetting.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Apply IRC procurement policies and donor regulations.
  • Identify and report procurement red flags.
  • Support corrective actions from audits.
  • Keep procurement trackers up to date.
  • Ensure accuracy of data in Integra/ERP.
  • Provide regular updates on procurement progress.
Required Experience
  • 2–4 years in procurement, sourcing or supply chain.
  • INGO or donor-funded projects in Ukraine preferred.
Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Financial Accounting, or Logistics, or related field.
