Overview
Provide administrative and operational support for the implementation and monitoring of partnership agreements within the FAO Sub-Regional Office for the Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support during project identification, formulation, appraisal, and approval stages under the partnership modality.
- Coordinate partnership consultation meetings prior to the implementation phase.
- Compile and submit Operational Partner Agreement (OPA) packages for quality assurance.
- Support partnership agreement amendments, including budget revisions.
- Monitor partnerships by reviewing expenditure reports and disbursement requests.
- Provide logistical support for partnership field visits.
- Support documentation of field visits and coordinate awareness building sessions with partners.
Required Experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operational and contract processing.
Qualifications
• University degree from an institution recognized by the International Association of Universities (IAU)/UNESCO in Business management, Accounting, Office management, Procurement, Contracting or other related disciplines.
