Overview
Interns will support the development of impactful, culturally relevant, and accessible visual content for the Pakistan Polio Eradication Initiative's communications team. This role offers hands-on learning experience in a health emergency response setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of visual design outputs, including digital and print materials such as posters, social media visuals, event backdrops, infographics, and public awareness products.
- Adapt visual designs into culturally sensitive, locally relevant formats for outreach in diverse provinces and districts.
- Develop visual design storytelling products, including illustrations, animations, branded items, and other promotional collateral.
- Prepare visual design print-ready assets and maintain organized design templates and systems.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to contribute creative ideas.
- Support behaviour change and public trust goals by ensuring design outputs align with SBCC objectives and public health messaging priorities.
Required Experience
Familiarity with designing for multiple platforms (e.g., social media, outdoor, print).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. programme, or have graduated within the past two years.
- Academic background in communication, marketing, visual design, or journalism.
