Overview
The Senior SAP Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist will provide senior technical oversight and guide the future direction of the business intelligence and analytics environments during the S/4HANA conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead impact assessment and ensure technical integrity of the BI landscape throughout the S/4HANA conversion.
- Oversee the S/4HANA data model, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Define and drive the SAP Data Cleansing Roadmap.
- Coordinate BI impacts across platforms (SAP Datasphere, BO, Tableau).
- Enable analytics and operational tools with the requirements of the new Strategic Plan and Corporate Results Framework.
- Validate external supplier deliverables.
- Approve SAP Datasphere data models.
- Update and optimize BO Universes and reports.
- Refresh and validate Tableau dashboards and data sources.
- Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and supplier performance reports.
- Produce technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
Required Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT services/solutions, with a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Proven experience in complex transformation programs, particularly those involving large-scale system or analytics redesign.
- Experience coordinating and overseeing implementation partners.
Qualifications
University degree in business administration, information technology, or other related fields.
