Overview
Design a digital campaign strategy and create high-quality digital content for awareness generation on ending child marriage in South Sudan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive digital campaign strategy on ending child marriage.
- Identify key messages, audience segmentation, and communication channels.
- Design a content calendar including at least two social media posts per week.
- Produce high-quality digital content (graphics, infographics, short videos, posters) for online and offline use.
- Design innovative, low-cost campaign materials such as games, songs, jingles, and branded items.
- Develop a “Community Leaders’ Change-makers Toolkit” including interactive tools and awareness materials.
- Design tailored materials for Traditional Chiefs, Youth groups, and the General public.
- Develop storyboards of human impact stories based on GBV response cases.
- Translate partner-provided content into compelling digital narratives.
- Provide technical guidance to implementing partners on digital campaigning.
- Conduct at least one online training session on digital campaign tools and strategies.
- Ensure gender-sensitive, culturally appropriate messaging and integrate youth engagement and social norms change approaches.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in:
- Digital campaigns
- Social norms change or gender programming
- Communications for development
- Experience working with community-based organizations or partners is an asset
- Proven experience in producing campaign materials and managing social media
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in communications, social sciences, gender studies, law, computer science, or related field
