Overview
The LOGFAS Senior Instructor is responsible for leading the LOGFAS Section, managing teams and resources, and overseeing the execution of the programme of work within their area of expertise. The role also includes delivering role-specific and/or technical training/learning solutions to adult learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the LOGFAS Section, managing teams, resources, and overseeing the execution of the programme of work.
- Providing expertise to support organizational planning and operations.
- Leading and developing teams by setting objectives, monitoring performance, fostering capability growth and facilitating collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Coordinating with other Sections and Branch Heads.
- Delivering role-specific (operational or managerial) and/or technical training/learning solutions to adult learners.
- Developing, adapting, and maintaining LOGFAS specific courses and learning solutions.
- Continually improving subject matter expertise.
Required Experience
- 3 years post-related experience.
- Proven experience managing teams, resources, projects and service delivery.
- Recent (at least 5 years) operational experience in a field related military logistic, preferably in a NATO, Multi-national or Coalition environment.
- Experience (at least 5 years) with providing training on highly technical subjects to both non-technical personnel as well as technical specialists.
- Experience developing or contributing to the design of courses, course materials and assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline.
- A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
