Overview

Support the organization of the HC-Peru annual recognition event through the coordination of logistical arrangements and the preparation of a manual document describing the procedures for the organization of the event.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide communications and logistical support for the organization of the HC-Peru annual recognition event.
  • Plan and manage logistical arrangements such as invitations, venue coordination, catering services, equipment rental, and other operational requirements necessary for the event.
  • Prepare a manual document describing the procedures for the organization of the event.
Required Experience
  • At least five (5) years of general professional experience in communications, event management, or coordination of outreach and dissemination activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing and coordinating logistics for in-person events involving private sector, including liaison with service providers (catering, audiovisual equipment, venue rental, furniture, etc.).
  • Experience working with public institutions, international organizations, or cooperation projects is desirable.
  • Experience organizing events related to environmental or climate change topics is desirable.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders from the public, private, and/or financial sectors in the development of public policies is desirable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields (Required).
  • Post-graduate studies in institutional communication, event production, or digital communication (Desirable).
