Overview
International Individual Consultant – Education Specialist to provide technical leadership and capacity-building support for integrating Gender Equality and Comprehensive Sexuality Education into teacher education curricula in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and finalize a curriculum mapping report.
- Co-design an agenda for a writing workshop to revise selected TEI courses.
- Co-develop a training package and co-facilitate a training workshop for teacher educators.
- Finalize a practical Guidance Note on integrating GE and CSE into TEI programmes.
- Prepare a final consultancy report with lessons learned and recommendations.
Required Experience
- A minimum of ten (10) years of extensive professional expertise, practical involvement and field experience in education, teacher education, gender-transformative education, rights-based reproductive health education, or curriculum development.
- Experience in the development of training content and materials for adult learners.
- Experience in participatory workshop design and facilitation.
Qualifications
An advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in fields such as education, teacher education, gender-transformative education, rights-based reproductive health education, curriculum development or other relevant fields.
