Overview
The Client Responsiveness and Accountability Assistant (CRA) supports the implementation of CRA actions at the field level, ensuring feedback mechanisms are in place and beneficiary feedback is collected, analyzed, and acted upon.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and feedback plans.
- Lead and coordinate the collection, review, and processing of beneficiary feedback.
- Establish feedback mechanisms for collecting and responding to beneficiary feedback.
- Organize focus group discussions (FGDs) and regular meetings with stakeholders.
- Set up an aid desk/information table during distributions to address beneficiary questions.
- Prepare CRA reports based on consolidated feedback analysis.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in humanitarian contexts.
- Preference for experience in inter-organizational engagement, community services, and accountability (AAP), or change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in humanitarian assistance, social work, human rights, international law, social sciences, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree is an asset.
