Key Responsibilities

UNICEF Uzbekistan invites qualified institutions to submit proposals for the assignment “Strengthening Quality Assurance and Improvement in Preschool and School Education.” This Request for Proposals for Services ( aims to support the development and strengthening of quality assurance mechanisms in the preschool and general education systems. Interested bidders are requested to submit their proposals no later than 5 April 2026 at 18:00 Tashkent time in accordance with the submission instructions indicated in the RFPS. For the full scope of work, eligibility criteria, and proposal requirements, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (ToR). The commercial (financial) offer must be prepared strictly using the attached Financial Offer Template.
