Overview

The Programme Associate (Learning & Knowledge Management) G6 supports the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of Learning and Knowledge Management activities within the RAM unit, providing administrative, operational, and technical support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and strengthen the management, sharing, and transfer of knowledge from monitoring, evaluation, and analysis activities.
  • Implement and maintain structured systems for the collection, storage, organization, and reuse of knowledge, data, and analytical products.
  • Contribute to the development of an organizational learning culture by facilitating regular sharing of analytical results, lessons learned, and best practices.
  • Support staff capacity building in knowledge management and institutional learning.
  • Serve as a focal point and champion for knowledge management.
  • Coordinate the creation, updating, and dissemination of knowledge management content.
  • Support the drafting, revision, formatting, and dissemination of reports, presentations, analytical notes, and bulletins.
  • Ensure the follow-up, archiving, and traceability of analytical publications and RAM deliverables.
  • Prepare and consolidate performance monitoring and analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with RAM focal points in sub-offices to harmonize planning, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Organize and support knowledge and results sharing events.
  • Provide structured administrative support to the RAM unit.
Required Experience
  • At least 6 years of progressive and relevant experience in programme support, information management, knowledge management, research, or analysis.
  • At least 3 years of experience within the United Nations system, an international NGO, or a humanitarian organization is a major asset.
Qualifications
  • Secondary school leaving certificate required.
  • A university degree in political science, economics, statistics, information and knowledge management, business administration, social sciences, or a related field is desirable.
