Overview
The Business Support Assistant (Programme, Nutrition) will execute specialized tasks to support the unit in administration, monitoring, and information management for optimal program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on administrative procedures for partnership creation.
- Ensure administrative follow-up for planning and implementation of Nutrition programs.
- Support the unit in creating Micro-Purchase Orders (MPO).
- Initiate and follow up on administrative steps for cash top-up distributions.
- Follow up with teams and partners to ensure timely actions for nutrition program implementation.
- Encode agreements, advances, and payments in the system.
- Complete and maintain program planning and implementation information tracking tools.
- Follow up on reports from sub-offices, conduct summary analyses, and provide feedback.
- Exchange relevant information with internal counterparts to support collaboration and effective activity implementation.
- Archive all important nutrition program documents.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Required Experience
At least four years of experience, at increasingly higher levels of responsibility, in invoice processing and fund management, accompanied by experience in administrative work.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education.
- A post-secondary certificate in administration, finance, management, or a similar field.
