Overview
Online volunteers will develop 10 country factsheets based on a prepared draft and existing visual identity. The role involves adapting designs, ensuring visual consistency, and preparing print-ready and digital versions.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt and finalize the existing factsheet design for 10 different countries.
- Ensure consistency of layout, branding, typography, icons, and visual style across all factsheets.
- Insert and format country-specific content, statistics, maps, flags, photos, and graphics.
- Design each factsheet as a two-sided A4 document.
- Prepare print-ready and digital versions of all factsheets.
- Deliver 10 finalized country factsheets (two-sided A4 each).
- Deliver print-ready PDF versions.
- Deliver web/digital optimized PDF versions.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design and layout production for institutional, government, or corporate communication materials.
- Strong knowledge of professional design software.
- Experience in designing: factsheets, reports, brochures, infographics, or communication/visibility materials.
- Ability to work with existing branding guidelines and templates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure visual consistency across multiple documents.
- Ability to deliver high-quality print-ready files within agreed deadlines.
- Good communication skills and responsiveness to comments and revisions.
Qualifications
- A degree in Publishing, Design, or any relevant field related to document formatting and production.
- Background in document management, publishing, or a similar area is desirable.
- Understanding of data visualization and infographic design principles.
