Overview
Provide transactional and administrative support to the post contracting cycle of individual consultants, including processing contract amendments, monitoring expired contracts, and managing contract closures.

Required Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in administration, human resources or finance is required, preferably with the UN or other international organization. A completed BA degree from an accredited institution qualifies as 3 years experience and will be counted towards the minimum work experience requirement. Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience is required for candidates holding bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. Master’s degree will be considered as an additional two years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in planning, organizing and delivering administrative support services is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive communication and information is desirable.
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks is desirable
- Work experience in a shared services center context is an asset.
- Knowledge of UN/UNICEF'S rules, regulations and procedures is considered an asset.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary education (i.e. high school diploma) is a minimum requirement, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in administration, procurement, human resources, finance or related to the work of the organization is required.
