Overview
The role involves contributing to the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of the Directorate's information and communication strategy, with a focus on major policy objectives and research and innovation policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and quality support for the preparation of external and internal communication and information materials.
- Coordinate the dissemination of outcomes from EU funded projects.
- Play a coordinating role for the Directorate’s digital presence, including web and social media channels.
- Support the design, implementation, and follow-up of communication campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate key external communication activities and events related to research and innovation policies.
- Liaise with other European Institutions and key stakeholders.
- Act as the Communicating Research Implementation Group (CRIG) Member for the Directorate.
Required Experience
- Proven practical experience in communication.
- Experience in EU policy processes and the Commission's internal procedures would be an asset.
Qualifications
• Have a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma.
