Overview
The ICLA Social Support position supports the Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) programme in Aftit refugee camp and surrounding host communities. The role assists with community outreach, beneficiary communication, administrative support, and awareness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist as a point of contact between the community and ICLA staff.
- Support the organization of mobile group information sessions.
- Assist in maintaining communication records with beneficiaries.
- Support administrative aspects of case management.
- Support logistical arrangements for community outreach and awareness activities.
- Maintain organized records of documents, meeting notes, and routine letters.
- Follow ICLA policies, donor agreements, work plans, budgets and procurement plans.
- Adhere to NRC’s Human Resource, Financial, Logistics & Security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 and above
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions, organize tasks, and meet deadlines
