Overview
The role of Administrative Agent involves providing general administrative support and document management within a unit, ensuring secretarial tasks for the unit and its management. The job holder may also support other teams and assist in legislative procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support and document management.
- Ensure secretarial tasks for the Unit and its management.
- Collaborate with and support other teams in FPI providing operational and administrative support.
- Assist in legislative procedures (launch of Inter-service consultation, adoption of decisions, follow-up).
Required Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in secretarial support roles.
- Good knowledge of EU financial and contractual procedures.
Qualifications
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma OR
- A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.
