Overview

The consultant will maintain relationships with relevant actors, facilitate information exchange, and interact with stakeholders to strengthen linkages and gather/disseminate data for coordination platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Update and share the daily presence roster of cluster partners at transit centers.
  • Attend HOCG convoy planning meetings and recommend vulnerable locations.
  • Translate cluster produced documents from English to Ukrainian.
  • Provide written material for Public Health Information materials.
  • Update the contact list of all active partners in hub oblasts.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new partners on cluster tools.
  • Proactively collect information from cluster partners to support decision-making.
  • Compile and present summary briefs at subnational health cluster meetings.
  • Take part in monthly meetings with oblast health departments.
  • Take part in and join partner supportive supervision visits.
  • Provide verbal translation during face-to-face meetings with partners.
  • Talk with local volunteers/civil society to identify support opportunities.
  • Share monthly health cluster bulletins with oblast authorities.
  • Share monthly health cluster activity reports with health departments.
  • Produce reports/minutes from meetings with partners.
  • Collect feedback from partners and archive monthly feedback from monitored partner projects.
  • Provide summaries of weekly updates according to the work plan.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in public administration (in particular the health sector) or external relations.
  • Previous humanitarian experience and experience in the coordination of health partners.
  • Experience in communication and social media is highly desirable.
  • Experience in monitoring and reporting is desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge of working in the Humanitarian response in Ukraine.
  • Experience applying knowledge with respect of humanitarian principles.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Medicine/Public health or information management, Statistics/ Computer Science, Communications, Management or other related field.
