Overview

This position is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the CORE Group Partnership Project (CGPP), including capacity building of local partners and developing partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the development of project implementation strategies and timelines.
  • Conduct monitoring, reflection, and learning with the community and program team.
  • Develop sustainability strategies through institutionalizing community organizations.
  • Support district microplanning for Regular Immunization (RI), Supplemental Immunization Action (SIA), Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) surveillance, and Community Based Surveillance (CBS).
  • Prepare project budgets in consultation with the Project Team Leader and Finance team.
  • Identify and assess the capacity of community groups, project staff, and local implementing partners.
  • Provide capacity building to partners and project staff.
  • Provide technical support, tools, appropriate methods, and approaches to field staff and stakeholders.
  • Internalize and socialize WVI core documents, including safeguarding and child protection, PSEA, and GEDSI.
  • Create a Community Learning environment.
  • Promote practical problem-solving skills among frontline implementers.
  • Ensure project implementation aligns with project design, organization, and donor standards.
  • Monitor project implementation at the community level.
  • Conduct supportive supervision visits to field sites and communities.
  • Prepare monthly reports of project implementation.
  • Facilitate advocacy and community engagement.
  • Ensure the quality of data collection, data analysis, and review of project assessments.
  • Support data verification and basic data quality checks at the district level.
  • Monitor the quality of CBS reporting, AFP detection, RI, and SIA support activities.
  • Identify gaps in implementation quality and recommend corrective actions.
  • Communicate Wahana Visi Indonesia identity, mission, vision, values, and approaches.
  • Coordinate closely with local stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain robust networks and relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop robust partnerships with local government, health and educational institutions, and other local organizations.
  • Engage community leaders, religious leaders, and local influencers.
  • Support coordination with UNICEF, WHO, or other partners at the district level.
  • Contribute to organizational lesson learned processes and promising practices documentation.
  • Facilitate effective teamwork, coordination, and work planning among field and support staff.
  • Develop and manage annual performance agreements.
  • Submit periodical/monthly accomplishment reports.
  • Build and maintain a positive spirit of teamwork.
  • Provide Christian value and support.
  • Act as a role model and inspiration.
  • Manage all risks related to CGP Project.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in development or humanitarian programs.
  • At least 2 years in a coordination or supervisory role.
  • Experience in implementing immunization programs is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing district-level program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and partnership with local government.
  • Strong background in community development, project cycle management, and multi-sector program coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising field teams (Project Officers, Facilitators, Community Volunteers).
  • Experience in budget monitoring, activity planning, and ensuring program compliance with donor requirements.
  • Prior experience working with INGOs/NGOs, government agencies, or multi-stakeholder platforms is highly preferred.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, or a related field.
