Overview
The UN Resident Coordinators Office (RCO) China is seeking a motivated administrative intern to support its mandate of enhancing the coherence of the UN System in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively support the daily operations of the office.
- Gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Procurement operational policies and procedures.
- Provide support on HR documentation and administrative tasks.
- Provide support to staff members on reimbursement.
- Provide support on inventory and asset management.
- Provide support on logistic and operational support regarding events and conferences.
- Provide support on staff travel.
- Provide support on office asset verification.
- Provide support on drafting letters.
- Provide support on market research and the draft analysis report.
- Provide support on drafting the evaluation report.
- Provide support on quality check and accept procedure.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Administrative Assistant.
Required Experience
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum master's degree or equivalent).
- A field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required.
