Overview
Position for a Human Resources expert within the HR team of DG MOVE, supervising the implementation of HR processes and procedures, reviewing HR data, and contributing to strategic local HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing HR insight and advice in the formulation, analysis, communication and execution of business strategy.
- Defining an HR strategy which is aligned with business goals.
- Proving input and advice in key HR decisions taken in the DG.
- Contributing to senior management selection procedures.
- Defining learning priorities and needs for the DG.
- Overseeing the HR budget;
- Liaising with the DG’s management, other HR Correspondents and DG HR for regular meetings, feedback and contribute to work on HR policies.
Required Experience
Proven knowledge of the HR environment and policies - particularly HR processes; career development; mobility etc. Experience in budget management is an asset. Extensive experience in human resources management.
Qualifications
Have a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma.
