Overview

Coordinate the development, maintenance and application of impact, equity, value for money, and return on investment (ROI) methods. Facilitate the use of data, results, and impact analysis in strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development, maintenance and application of impact, equity, value for money, and return on investment (ROI) methods.
  • Facilitate the use of data, results, and impact analysis in strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate the cycle of Unitaid’s ongoing impact measurement initiatives.
  • Lead the design, development and presentation of tailored health financing investment cases.
  • Support cross-cutting initiatives that contribute to the exploration, design, and implementation of next generation financing approaches.
  • Support the maintenance of robust data collection methods for organizational knowledge management.
  • Provide input to the development of results-based communication products.
  • Draft briefing documents, reports, presentations, and other relevant analysis/outputs.
  • Ensure effective relationship management with internal and external partners.
Required Experience
  • At least Seven (7) years of relevant experience in impact assessment or evaluation.
  • Experience in areas relevant to Unitaid's work (e.g., health policy, global health, Unitaid focus areas including HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, women and children's health).
  • Knowledge, understanding and relevant experience of health financing and/or innovative financing.
  • Strong experience of producing fit-for-purpose communications materials for senior-level officials.
  • Extensive experience of building and cultivating stakeholder relationships.
  • Desirable: Professional experience in settings relevant to Unitaid's work, such as global health or other international organizations.
  • Desirable: Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination of initiatives across an organization.
Qualifications

Advanced level university degree in finance/economics, public or business administration, or public health.

Remuneration
Annual base salary starting at USD 86,027 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable), a variable post adjustment, which reflects the cost of living in a particular duty station, and currently amounts to USD 6409 per month for the duty station indicated above. Other benefits include 30 days of annual leave, allowances for dependent family members, home leave, and an education grant for dependent children.
