Overview
The HRM Assistant will ensure the smooth and accurate running of appraisal, promotion, and reclassification exercises in Commission DGs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the appraisal exercise, including verification of actors, launch, management of contributions, and ensuring finalisation of appraisal reports.
- Manage promotion and reclassification exercises, including communication with HR correspondents, preparing promotion tables, and eligibility checks.
- Provide assistance and HR support to client DGs, answering questions on applicable rules and processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate data verification and encoding in Sysper.
- Contribute to projects for harmonisation, simplification, and automation of HR processes.
Required Experience
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR function and on performance management.
Qualifications
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, OR
- A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.
