Overview
The Talent Acquisition and Outreach Officer leads talent acquisition outreach and visibility by managing outreach channels, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to data-driven improvements of recruitment outreach strategies and candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing and implementing an outreach strategy to promote OSCE vacancies and strengthen talent attraction.
- Co-ordinating with the Communication and Media Relations Section on web content and outreach materials.
- Developing outreach approaches, guidance and good practices for HR practitioners and hiring managers.
- Acting as focal point and co-ordinating outreach and visibility efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advising and collaborating on internal outreach initiatives related to recruitment, policy and training.
- Overseeing the development and dissemination of outreach materials, including multimedia content.
- Planning, organizing and delivering outreach activities, including webinars, information sessions, career fairs, and events.
- Collaborating and supporting in the development and implementation of young talent initiatives.
- Advancing and shaping initiatives to broaden the diversity of applicant pools.
- Co-ordinating the preparation and dissemination of OSCE workforce planning.
- Monitoring, analysing and evaluating website performance, user engagement, and recruitment marketing metrics.
- Preparing analytical reports and briefings for senior management on outreach impact.
- Contributing to and providing guidance on recruitment processes, including vacancy notices, screening applications and coordinating selection processes.
Required Experience
- A minimum of seven years (five years with a relevant second-level university degree) of progressively responsible professional-level experience in recruitment, outreach, communications, employer branding or a related area.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment outreach strategy development, employer branding, and talent attraction methodologies in an international or complex organizational environment.
- Experience providing specialist advice or guidance on outreach and talent attraction practices across organizational units or stakeholders.
- Experience in organizing outreach activities, events or campaigns, including digital engagement and stakeholder co-ordination.
- Good knowledge of latest trends and approaches in talent acquisition, including experience of successful use of outreach activities, branding tools, and social media.
Qualifications
• First-level university degree in Human Resources, Media and Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Relations, Social Sciences or a related field.
