Overview
Provides administrative and financial support for the Resilient, Inclusive and Sustainable Supply Chains Project in Malaysia (RISSC-Phase II, Malaysia) to ensure project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project financial records and monitoring systems.
- Process contracts for financial clearance and payment.
- Prepare correspondence to verify data and answer queries.
- Review and request additional information on financial reports of implementing partners.
- Classify and assign budget codes, verify and process claims for payment.
- Provide administrative and financial backstopping for project staff and consultants.
- Prepare recurring and special reports.
- Calculate and compile cost estimates and participate in budget analysis.
- Draft correspondence, faxes, memoranda and reports.
- Responsible for all administrative tasks, including logistical support and travel arrangements.
- Arrange logistics for conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings, consultations and webinars.
Required Experience
Five years of progressively responsible financial and administrative work, and some training in an administrative field.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school education with formal training in accounting and/or finance and administrative field.
