Overview
This project aims to raise awareness of non-formal education as a tool for active participation and social inclusion, offering opportunities for personal and professional development for young people aged 18-30.
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting the well-being and educational growth of minors in specific neighbourhoods by engaging with schools, families, the third sector, and local institutions.
- Empowering young volunteers with knowledge and skills on gender equality, countering violence and stereotypes.
- Providing opportunities for skill-building in office management, European funds administration, and project planning.
- Supporting social integration and self-sufficiency for migrants through work opportunities, housing autonomy, and the development of stable social networks.
Required Experience
Targeting young people aged 18-30, with a special focus on young NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Supporting the mobility of young volunteers working with organisations that assist people at risk of social exclusion.
