The Programme Analyst is responsible for managing a portfolio within the Environmentally Sustainable Development Unit, providing analyses on trends, leading programme formulation, management, and evaluation, and offering policy advice. The role involves applying solutions-oriented approaches, supervising staff, and coordinating project activities.
Minimum 2 years (with master’s degree) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience at the national and/or international level in providing management advisory services on environmental issues and hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of sustainable development projects in Brazil, preferably in the environment and/or climate change fields.
Advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Environment, Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field is required, or A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas mentioned above, in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience.
