Information, Knowledge and Data Management Analysts (Cyber Security)

Overview

The role involves developing and maintaining the organization's information management landscape and assisting in data-driven transformation efforts. It also includes providing support to operational and project teams in managing data and information, and offering high-level meeting support during cyber security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the information management landscape of the organisation and assist in its data driven transformation efforts
• Provide assistance to operational and project teams in finding, accessing, creating and distributing key data and information
• Provide high-level meeting support during critical cyber security operations and incidents, including: Meeting organization, coordination, and facilitation; Real-time minute taking and documentation; Decision tracking and action item management; Timely distribution of outcomes and communications to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain situational awareness and ensure accurate information flow during high-pressure operational scenarios
• Support rapid response coordination by managing communication channels and information distribution

Required Experience

3 years post-related experience with higher vocational training in a relevant discipline, or 5 years post-related experience with a secondary educational qualification. Proven experience in cyber security with an understanding of cyber security operations and terminology. Proven experience in information management, knowledge management, or related fields. Experience in roles requiring taking initiative and a flexible approach. Experience in roles requiring excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to be responsive and sensitive to both external and internal customers and staff.
