Overview
The role involves coordinating and performing technical administration of databases and application servers, ensuring their reliable and secure operation, and steering their evolution within a specialised IT environment supporting nuclear safeguards activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritise activities related to database and application server administration;
- Ensure the availability, performance and security of systems, including backup and disaster recovery;
- Support developers on database design, query optimisation and middleware usage;
- Take ownership of problem management and contribute to continuous service improvement;
- Contribute to capacity planning, technology choices and the evolution of the infrastructure.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in database administration and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
At least a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma.
