Overview
Provide technical support and competency-based supportive supervision to partner health staff, including mobile and static teams. Manage IRC capacity building team to ensure emergency health team implementation according to standard protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinic technical and capacity building to partner health staff.
- Conduct regular competency-based supportive supervision and technical support to partner mobile/static clinic staff.
- Organize and provide regular job training to partner health staff.
- Supervise Mobile clinic activities.
- Identify service quality requirements in mobile clinics.
- Assist in managing day-to-day logistics, administration, and personnel activities of field-based ER program staff.
- Assist in identifying essential technical capacity building plans for partner health staffs.
- Participate in program monitoring and evaluation.
- Participate in partner mobile and static mobile clinic monthly work plans.
- Submit monthly program narrative reports.
- Assist in coordination and relationship with health stakeholders and Health Cluster members.
- Coordinate with IRC operation and financial staff.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years of experience working with UN/INGO/LNGOs.
- Experience and skills in managing, supervision and capacity building for health staff.
Qualifications
Must be M.B.B.S holder.
