Overview

Provide technical and process support for HR administration services, focusing on business process improvement, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement within the Recruitment Administration Services stream.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and process support for HR administration services.
  • Support business process improvements, systems coordination, knowledge management, quality assurance activities, and technical/process training initiatives.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and service excellence across HR Administration.
  • Work closely with HR teams, business process owners, technical teams, and partner units.
Required Experience

Minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in human resources is required. A completed BA degree from an accredited institution qualifies as 3 years’ experience. Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience is required for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. Master’s degree will be considered with an additional two years of relevant work experience. Advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Suite of Products (including MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) is required. Strong working knowledge of Service Gateway is required. Good knowledge of the principles and concepts of human resources management. Prior work experience with any international organization and/or large corporation is highly desirable. Previous hands-on experience in creating business requirements, user testing, and implementing system enhancements is highly desirable. Experience in project planning and collaboration with project stakeholders is highly desirable. Strong working knowledge of SAP HR and TMS is an asset. IT certification /Degree and/or Professional Certifications in HRIS or HR Technology Certifications is an asset.

Qualifications

Completion of secondary education (i.e. high school diploma) is a minimum requirement. Professional and/or university courses in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field is an asset.
