Overview
The Communications Intern will support media and communications-related preparations and research for events, assist in monitoring media reports, and contribute to event coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in media & com’s related preparations and research for events.
- Assist in monitoring media reports (local and international) of ECA events and draft coverage reports.
- Assist with the coverage of ECA events by contributing to note taking for communication purposes, press releases, social media.
- Assist with the design of visuals (posters, postcards etc.) and video, social media content where applicable.
- Assist with the handling of media inquiries including interview requests.
- Assist with the translation of media content where applicable.
- Assist the Communication Officer with other ad-hoc activities as instructed.

Qualifications
- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent).
