Overview
The Project Associate will support the strengthening of the INADEH Project Office management, contributing to the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables with a project plan.
- Collaborate in defining project requirements.
- Monitor project implementation, ensuring completion within time and budget.
- Support in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Coordinate and monitor project activity execution.
- Assist in addressing project management issues.
- Prepare reports for completed, ongoing, and upcoming projects.
- Document and generate reports on project action results.
- Inform the Project Manager about potential changes in project management.
- Collect lessons learned during project execution.
- Ensure technical and financial documentation is organized and accessible.
- Support in identifying improvements in project management.
- Support knowledge creation, sharing, and capacity building for the project.
- Participate in training and organize information sessions.
- Provide support for capacity building activities.
- Support dissemination and exchange of relevant data and lessons learned.
- Stay updated on best practices related to the assigned project.
- Contribute to knowledge networks and communities of practice.
- Support the collection and systematization of project knowledge, products, and tools.
- Perform other functions within their profile and technical competencies as deemed necessary.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School certificate- 3 year(s) experience.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), Zoom, and training platforms.
- Experience in administrative and financial management of infrastructure projects, in the private and/or public sector.
- Specific experience as an Infrastructure Project Associate or Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in writing technical and/or executive reports.
- Experience in handling and negotiating with clients and contractors/suppliers.
- Experience in using Microsoft Project or other project management software.
- Experience working with multilateral organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School certificate.
- Highly valued, postgraduate studies or master's degree in Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related fields.
- Highly valued, certifications in Project Management or Project Management.
