Overview

International consultant to develop the Implementation Monitoring & Evaluation Division (IMED) Act, Rules, and Training Modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the assignment to develop IMED's Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, Act, and Rules. Work hand-in-hand with a national consultant to carry out the assignment.

Required Experience

Minimum of 10 years experience in project M&E Sector. Experience at both national and international levels will be considered an added advantage. Proven experience in drafting M&E frameworks, acts, rules, and Module at national and international level. At least five years practical experience in project management and operations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in social sciences, Law, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Project Management, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
