Overview
The Project Monitoring and Reporting Administrator will support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of Montreal Protocol projects and liaise with the Multilateral Fund Secretariat.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, review and submission of portfolio and project documentation, plans, business plan and work programmes and reports in accordance with Multilateral Fund (MLF) policies, guidelines and decisions.
- Analyze project, financial and policy information to support portfolio planning, monitoring, reporting and decision-making.
- Monitor portfolio implementation, identify issues requiring attention, and support follow-up actions to ensure compliance with MLF requirements and approved project objectives.
- Maintain and analyze portfolio data and information systems, ensuring the accuracy and quality of reporting and records.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, completion reports and other documentation required for project implementation and oversight.
- Review and disseminate relevant MLF decisions, guidance and documentation, and support their integration into project implementation and reporting.
- Support the implementation of selected projects through coordination with national counterparts, implementing partners, donors and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing, lessons learned and other activities that support programme delivery and continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of selected assignments and initiatives under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as required within the scope of the unit's mandate.
Required Experience
At least three (3) years of professional experience in the areas of planning, monitoring and reporting, is required. Experience in international cooperation projects and programmes is desirable.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in environmental studies, public administration, business management, economics, international relations or other relevant discipline is required.
