To perform monitoring activities within a specific coverage area and provide reports to support the effective delivery of assistance packages, specifically supporting the hot meals project in Lebanon by contributing to the planning, implementation, and improvement of food safety and quality assurance procedures.
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in food safety and quality control, or nutrition, in a food production, manufacturing or institutional setting. Basic knowledge of food safety and quality assurance principles, including Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP principles. Experience with food safety monitoring, kitchen inspections, audits, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Completion of secondary school education. University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Nutrition, Public Health or a related field is an advantage.
