Overview

Support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of project activities to facilitate migrants' access to documentation and regular migration status. Provide technical, administrative, and operational support for regularization mechanisms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate project implementation.
  • Monitor project activities and adjust plans as needed.
  • Research and present information on migration developments.
  • Monitor budget expenditures.
  • Coordinate financial, administrative, and technical aspects of the project.
  • Plan and conduct capacity-building workshops.
  • Maintain liaison with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the preparation of reports and correspondence.
  • Identify and document good practices and lessons learned.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to reporting staff.
Required Experience
  • Five years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or seven years of relevant professional experience with a High School diploma.
  • Experience supporting project implementation related to migration governance, migration regularization processes, civil documentation, protection, or assistance to vulnerable migrants.
  • Experience liaising with government authorities, particularly migration authorities, consular actors, national institutions, United Nations agencies, civil society organizations, and service providers.
  • Experience in beneficiary intake, case management support, data collection, documentation review, capacity-building logistics, reporting, or coordination of assistance for migrants, refugees, victims of trafficking, or other vulnerable groups is an advantage.
  • Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Administration, Project Management, Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Migration Studies, Law or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
  • High School diploma.
