Overview
Develop a modular and interactive training package for private sector audiences on the remediation of migrant worker grievances, based on IOM's guidelines and handbook.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a review and mapping of existing learning resources.
- Develop a complete training package incorporating adult learning methodologies, practical exercises, case studies, supporting facilitator resources, and knowledge assessment tools.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in business and human rights, labour standards, responsible recruitment, migrant worker rights, or remediation mechanisms.
- Proven experience designing adult learning curricula, training packages and facilitation materials.
- Experience developing training products for private sector audiences.
- Familiarity with UNGPs, human rights due diligence and responsible business conduct frameworks.
- Experience working with international organizations, private sector actors or multi-stakeholder programmes.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree in one or more of the following fields: Migration Studies, Business and Human Rights, Adult Learning and Education, Social Sciences, Sustainable Development, or related fields.
