Overview

The ICT Officer (Corporate Solutions & AI) will contribute to the smooth running of the Oracle enterprise resource planning management (ERP) solution, extensions and integrations on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and remain technically sound with respect to continuous platform updates and business improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, optimize and support the governance of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) PaaS and IaaS, Oracle AI Data Platform, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Oversee comprehensive platform monitoring and operational continuity.
  • Develop, maintain, and continually improve architectural artifacts, OCI configurations, and maintenance standards.
  • Manage and analyze user license consumption across Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and OCI.
  • Oversee the administration and lifecycle management of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM SaaS environments.
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support new and existing projects.
  • Oversee issue tracking and resolution processes for Oracle ERP scheduled processes.
  • Implement backup strategies and ensure data recovery procedures are in place and tested regularly in OCI.
  • Administer security, identity, and access governance activities.
  • Provide advanced technical support and subject‑matter expertise for Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, Oracle AI Data Platform, and OCI platforms.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the enablement, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP AI capabilities.
  • Design, develop, and deliver bespoke AI‑driven solutions and automations.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, process owners, and technical teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI‑enabled process optimization.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Experience
  • Five years of relevant professional experience with a Master's degree; or seven years of relevant professional experience with a University degree.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure – either in a similar system administration role or a platform administrator is required.
  • Experience working with Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a must.
  • Experience enabling Oracle Fusion AI capabilities is a must.
  • First-hand experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle Cloud solutions, including major services related to Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, Compute, Storage, Networking, ATP Database and Security.
  • First-hand experience with the Oracle ERP solution is required.
  • Experience with user management and IAM policies with OCI.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or University degree in the above fields.
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud technologies is an advantage.

Fluency in English is required (oral and written).
Languages Preferred
Working knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an advantage.
