Consultancy Needed - GENDER Support

Overview

Provide technical and advisory support to ensure program commitments to gender equality, disability, and social inclusion are met. This role will focus on gender mainstreaming, generating analysis and evidence, and compliance with reporting and safeguarding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on embedding a gender equality perspective across program implementation.
• Assess and build GEDSI capacity among staff and partners.
• Support the development of a strategy for the participation of women's and girls' rights groups and youth movements.
• Ensure MEAL tools collect gender- and disability-disaggregated data.
• Assess program position on the GPE Gender Equality Continuum and recommend steps to advance it.
• Consolidate gender-related MEAL reporting to the donor.
• Support the review of PSEAH reporting protocols.

Required Experience

Experience in gender mainstreaming, generating gender analysis and evidence, and compliance with gender reporting and PSEAH requirements. Experience in advising on embedding a gender equality perspective across program implementation. Experience in assessing and building GEDSI capacity. Experience in supporting the development of strategies for participation of specific groups. Experience in ensuring MEAL tools collect disaggregated data. Experience in assessing program position on gender equality continuums. Experience in consolidating reporting. Experience in reviewing safeguarding protocols.
