Overview
Consultancy to support the WASH Support for Resilience Project, focusing on improving sanitation and hygiene access in villages and schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Continue and implement the workplan for 13 clean water facilities in 2026.
- Expand engagement and socialization of clean water programs to 25 villages.
- Facilitate intensive STBM Plus programs to accelerate ODF targets in 5 villages.
- Strengthen community knowledge on clean and healthy living behaviors and access to clean water and sanitation facilities.
- Engage stakeholders to achieve ODF in 3 villages.
- Intensively monitor infrastructure support processes, including clean water facilities, individual toilets, and school toilets.
- Encourage local government and community leaders to declare ODF in 5 villages.
- Ensure all WASH program processes comply with Save the Children's child protection policies.
- Communicate with donors regarding the WASH program, including providing information, data, and reports.
- Report coordination with village government, Puskesmas, and related parties, timesheets, and monthly monitoring reports.
Required Experience
- Experience in implementing WASH programs and community development programs, especially STBM, Pamsimas, Sanimas, etc.
- Experience in managing the implementation of cross-village clean water program workplans and coordinating with Program Managers and Community Mobilizers.
Qualifications
Diploma 3 (D3), preferably Bachelor's/S-1 in Social Sciences/Economics/Health/Public Health/Environmental Engineering/Civil Engineering and other relevant majors.
