Overview
The role holder will support the implementation of safeguarding activities and mechanisms across the Country Office, facilitating awareness raising activities and conducting domestic investigations on safeguarding issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of safeguarding activities and mechanisms.
- Facilitate Safeguarding awareness raising activities among staff, partners, and volunteers.
- Ensure Safeguarding concerns and incidents are reported to the management following the set protocol.
- Conduct domestic investigations on Safeguarding issues.
- Prepare quality reports.
- Work on building Awareness, Prevention Reporting and Response mechanism around Safeguarding.
Required Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in relevant areas
Qualifications
Bachelor degree, preferably in English/Economics/Public Administration/Law/International Relations/Business Studies or in any other relevant subjects from a reputed university.
