Overview

The role holder will support the implementation of safeguarding activities and mechanisms across the Country Office, facilitating awareness raising activities and conducting domestic investigations on safeguarding issues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of safeguarding activities and mechanisms.
  • Facilitate Safeguarding awareness raising activities among staff, partners, and volunteers.
  • Ensure Safeguarding concerns and incidents are reported to the management following the set protocol.
  • Conduct domestic investigations on Safeguarding issues.
  • Prepare quality reports.
  • Work on building Awareness, Prevention Reporting and Response mechanism around Safeguarding.
Required Experience

At least 2 years’ experience in relevant areas

Qualifications

Bachelor degree, preferably in English/Economics/Public Administration/Law/International Relations/Business Studies or in any other relevant subjects from a reputed university.
