Overview

Support the Training Expert in planning, organizing, facilitating, and monitoring project training and capacity-building activities to ensure high-quality, participatory, and inclusive learning events.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Training Expert in planning, organizing, facilitating and monitoring all project training and capacity-building activities.
  • Ensure high-quality, participatory and inclusive learning events for project staff, implementing partners, government officials, employers, service providers, community leaders and youth participants.
  • Contribute to implementation of the project's Social Norms Strategy, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Safeguarding and PSEAH commitments.
Required Experience
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant specific experience in training, facilitation and capacity building from a social perspective.
  • Proven understanding and capacity to translate the content in facilitation following the participatory process and methods referring training management cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing and facilitating the training, orienting and capacity building events of implementing the guidelines of GESI and addressing GBV, SEA/SH for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering training for government, NGOs, communities and youth.
Qualifications

Master's degree in Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, Development Studies, Education or another relevant discipline.

Remuneration
Salary Package for this role is BDT 65,071 monthly CTC, along with other benefits, i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus (2), leave, group insurance, yearly medical check-up for the employee, and day care facilities.
